Our Values

Guiding Principles of Our Faith

What We Value

We align with Every Nation's foundational values, which articulate for us the good deposit we as a ministry must guard together. Whether we’re building a small group, discipleship group, or engaging the harvest, these core values are the essential issues and help describe how we build.

Colossians 2:6, Romans 10:9, Luke 6:46, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, Philippians 2:9-11

Because Jesus Christ is Lord, we believe that saving faith is a wholehearted trust in who He is and what He has done. As those who have received Christ Jesus as Lord, we seek to walk in Him, submitting our lives to His Word, His will, and His work by the power of the Holy Spirit. Christ’s lordship is not an added step after salvation, but the gracious reality from which the Christian life flows..

John 3:16, Luke 19:10, Romans 1:16, 2 Corinthians 5:18-20, Acts 4:12

Because God’s heart is to reach the lost, we’re committed to proclaiming the gospel clearly and faithfully. We believe salvation comes by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone and we seek to engage those outside the Christian faith with love, truth, and humility. Our desire is to see people come to faith through the gospel proclamation, not merely through transfer growth.

Matthew 28:19-20, John 8:31, Colossians 1:28-29, Ephesians 4:11-16

Because Christ commands His church to teach believers to observe all that He has commanded, we are committed to establishing biblical foundations and walking with believers as they grow in obedience to Christ. Discipleship does not replace evangelism or add works to salvation; it flows from salvation and reflects the ongoing work of God in His people. Our aim is to equip believers to follow Christ faithfully and to help others do the same.

2 Timothy 2:2, Titus 1:7-9, 1 Peter 5:2-3, Hebrews 13:7, Ephesians 4:12

Because Christ builds His church through faithful, biblically qualified shepherds and the willing service of His people, we are committed to leadership that is entrusted, developed, and multiplied. Under Christ’s headship and pastoral oversight, we seek to raise up leaders who model godly character, handle God’s Word faithfully, and serve others with humility. We value generational faithfulness and intentionally invest in developing the next generation of leaders for the work God has called us to.

Psalm 127:1&3, Deuteronomy 6:4-7, Genesis 2:24, Ephesians 6:4, 1 Timothy 3:4-5

Because God has established marriage as a covenant between one man and one woman, we are committed to honoring marriage and nurturing children as part of faithful Christian life and ministry. We refuse to sacrifice our families for the sake of ministry success. At the same time, as the household of God, we embrace life together as a spiritual family, committed to love, mutual care, faithfulness, and unity in Christ.
