Robbie Ching: Discipleship Pastor
Robbie Ching: Discipleship Pastor

Robbie Ching was born in Madrid, Spain, and spent his childhood across various countries and states because of his father’s service in the United States Air Force. During his freshman year of college a friend invited him to Grace Bible Church, where he encountered Christ and committed his life to follow Him.

In 2011, Robbie earned an Associate degree in Applied Science and Trade. He began his career at the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard as a Shipwright and later served as the Middle School Pastor at Grace Bible Church from 2009 to 2013.

Sensing a call to missions, Robbie and his wife, Crystal, relocated to Yokohama, Japan, to serve as cross-cultural missionaries at Every Nation Church Yokohama. While in Japan, Robbie served as the Youth Pastor and Missions Coordinator, mentoring the next generation and mobilizing church members for mission trips to South Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, and other parts of Japan.

In 2020, Robbie joined Pearlside Church Kaneohe, where he now serves as the Discipleship Pastor. His role includes overseeing Small Groups, Discipleship Groups, and educational classes, equipping others to grow deeper in their faith and relationships.

Outside of ministry, Robbie enjoys playing board games with his family, building various LEGO creations with his son Kai and doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Robbie and Crystal have been married since 2010 and are blessed with two wonderful children, Kai and Sophia.

Henric Razon: Family Ministries Pastor
Henric Razon: Family Ministries Pastor

Henric was raised in a believing family but never understood salvation until 2007 after graduating high school. Through a series of hardships created by bad decisions Henric had made, he was truly humbled and saw his depravity, thus God saved him as Henric received Jesus as Lord and Savior by faith.

In 2014 Henric graduated from Leeward Community College with a Liberal Arts Associate Degree after receiving a Certificate of Graduation from Every Nation’s School of Ministry in 2012. Henric also received a Certificate of Graduation from the Every Nation’s School of World Missions based in the Philippines in 2016.

Henric with his family transitioned to Pearlside Kaneohe in 2022 from the sending church he had been at since 2007. He felt called by God to take a step of faith leaving 10 years of youth ministry to serve here in Kaneohe.

Henric and his wife Chloe have been married since 2017. They have two children and one on the way.

Kelly Nishihara: Executive Administrator
Kelly Nishihara: Executive Administrator

Kelly was raised in beautiful Kaneohe. Her parents were both the first Christians in their families and dedicated themselves to raising Kelly and her brother in the Lord. Their faithful discipleship prepared her heart for committing her life to Christ during her first year of college – when she experienced the personal conviction of sin and the deep joy of Christ’s saving grace.

Kelly graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Economics. After graduation, she felt God leading her to missions and spent the next two years overseas – one year in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and one year in Kyoto, Japan – with Cru, a campus ministry.

Upon returning to Hawaii, Kelly worked as an admin in the executive office of a medical group. In 2020, the Lord provided an opportunity to blend her experiences of vocational ministry with administrative work, joining the Pearlside Kaneohe team to help with the transition of becoming an official church plant.

Kelly currently serves as the Executive Administrator and oversees the church’s finances, communications, and the Sunday Service and Special Events teams. She is also highly involved in the church’s Young Adults ministry, where she enjoys nurturing the culture of community through intentional relationships and highly competitive games.

Kelly and her husband, Stephen, have been married since November 2022 and welcomed their son, Enoch, in early 2024.
